RCBC Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Registration Policy
At RCBC, we maintain a strict 1:10 coach-to-camper ratio to ensure elite, professional-level instruction. Because a reserved spot prevents another athlete from participating in our limited-capacity residency, the following refund schedule applies:
Full Refund: Requests made at least 30 days prior to the session start date (on or before May 22, 2026) will receive a full refund, minus a $25.00 administrative processing fee.
Partial Refund (50%): Requests made between 14 and 29 days prior to the session start date.
No Refunds: Requests made within 14 days of the session start date (after June 8, 2026) are non-refundable.
2. Medical Exceptions
If an athlete is unable to participate due to a documented medical injury or illness, a full credit for a future RCBC clinic or residency will be issued. A signed physician's note is required for all medical credit requests.
3. Session Transfers & Waitlists
Transfers: Subject to availability, campers may transfer their registration between Week 1 and Week 2 at no cost, provided the request is made at least 14 days in advance.
Waitlist Policy: If a session is "Sold Out," RCBC will maintain a waitlist. If a spot opens up and is filled by a waitlist athlete, a refund may be granted to the original registrant at the discretion of the Camp Director.
4. Camp Cancellation
In the unlikely event that RCBC must cancel a session due to facility issues at the Dixwell Q House or state health mandates, a 100% refund or full credit toward a future session will be issued to all registered families.
